Financial
Statements Our
board and staff are committed to transparency and accountability, both
in our own lives and in our shared work together. Child
sponsorships help with both direct hospital expenses and
also non-hospital expenses related to surgeries such as housing,
transportation, food, and visas. Some of our staff live in
facilities we rent in Jerusalem and Amman that also serve as
offices and housing for visiting families, and others receive a monthly housing stipend, but we pay our staff no
salaries from funds received for child sponsorships. Full-time staff
members trust God to provide for them through support given
specifically for their families.
The hub of our financial activity is in the US, where each year as a
tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization we file Form 990, which shows our total
income, the percentage which is spent on actually helping people, and
what personal support our staff receive. .........................................................................
